The staff was very nice and really kind. the location by the ocean was brilliant. - the food in the beachfront restaurant was well presented.

I like the staff. The restaurant staff were very friendly and provided very good service and prompt. We enjoyed the food at dinner and because the staff were very friendly, the food tasted better. The reception people were very helpful. For example, I wanted information on a hotel in Patong beach and the nice and friendly receptionist helped me get the necessary information.(I'm sorry I forgot her name) She even made a phone call to the hotel for me and I thought that was very nice of her to do that. She also arranged a taxi for me to go to Patong Beach. The breakfast selection was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast If we visit Phuket again in the future, We certainly will book at the Kamala Beach Resort again.

I like everything about the Resort itself, but I was a little disappointed with the beach front. I wish that it would be more cleaner and not have as many plastic trash around.

Our room was neat and had a separate rain shower, with a great location right by the sea at the on-site restaurant that served delicious meals from the a la carte menu.

The breakfast was absolutely superb and astonishing with a huge variety of food, everybody can choose. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a cultural theme park. This hotel was in a really quiet area next to beachfront and the beach, shopping or lunch.

The rooms are large and have good facilities such as LCD TV, robes and slippers. There are four swimming pools and lots of sun beds.Very convenient as my room was very near the beach

There were no sun beds on the beach except for a few large sized ones which cost 400 Baht for the day. Internet is expensive at 200 Baht for one hour. In general the staff was not friendly which is unusual in Thailand

This place is in a fantastic location and is priced well; the staff here are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a bar and a very big balcony. the wonderful restaurant provided delicious Thai dishes. - I have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.

very friendly staff, acted quickly on requests, lost our key, but they replaced it( had to rekey the lock) without a charge to us

food and drinks at the hotel were expensive, and the resort is very large for the area. They did not have an exclusive beach area, and the entire beach is covered by rental umbrellas

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us some great recommendations; the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Baan Natacha, and there's a lovely restaurant nearby.

Exceptionally clean and huge room with a clean bathroom and a private safe, an iron and an electronic key card. Plenty of decent food;)))

Hotel's area is very clean, comfortable and beautiful

Work of staff is not very good, they didn't wake up us in time, "forgot" to retorn our deposite and other little problems.

Truly very close to the beach. You can actually hear and see the crashing waves whilst enjoying breakfast/lunch or dinner. Impressed with the policy that no kids under the age of 15yr allowed, whether it is truly followed or not, I don't know, but it was certainly the reason why we booked the hotel. Views from the rooms are beautiful.

Corridors very long and clinical. No atmosphere. Once in the room it changes. Also the lobby is very clinical - no welcoming atmosphere at all. First impressions do count - and if they improve and invest some money in redecorating the lobby, it will certainly make a huge difference.
